Sink/Swim
I'm more convinced each day that the saying 'You reap what you sow' is true. People are transforming! And miracles do happen. Eugene and his Chem genius all of a sudden, Melina and her TYS like her bible, Agnes' marks in the Math and Sciences..!
Been studying my head off the past weeks somedays I feel like biting my own head off. Sometimes 4F will be soo tired and jaded. But it is good to know we're not alone in feeling our worst. It's heartening to work for a common goal, to encourage each other and to perservere for 4 more weeks! Go 4F! Go Year 4s too actually. We've bonded in times of adversity heh.

It's scary how time flies. I can remember my first day back in Secondary 1. Clueless, blur like anything kid who didn't know I knew my PSL before I even seen him (He was from KHS and added me in MSN) and I wore my badge on the right side of the shirt. And indugled in silly clique names (Now still, sigh) and did my work conscientiously.
And now we're 3/4 into our last secondary school term and moving on to another major milestone. People in other schools fretting over Os and where to go next, it might be quite comforting to know we don't have to go through that trauma; but also a little disappointed to never have the chance to try something else. It's almost like our path is set, and there are few who would dare to cut their own.

So, I've finally gone back to the courts! Played to destress and damn it was good! But my mind was not fully focused at the beginning though, all the Chem words swimming and blocking my head. I realized just how much I love the game. The adrenaline rush you get when running for a ball, the anticipation when the other team serves/spikes, the happiness you get from victory, the seriousness, the teammates and the consolation that you really do reap what you've put so much effort, tears and blood in sowing these years.
I saw Mr Tay play on the courts for the first time too! He's soo good. Mr Ng too not forgetting. But they think I'm very funny or something .. Kept laughing at my actions. And it's just something super normal like hitting the ball over instead of setting. I was so confused as to if it is actually really funny. But one good thing I've understood is that no matter the status, teacher or student, coach or senior, once on the court everybody is the same. That is probably why I view Mr Ng as a friend, a senior rather than a teacher.
Glad to think that in a months time, we're officially enrolled into Devil's training. Whatever that is.
Melissa puked a lot of times in school! I really do hope she's alright. She's normally very strong physically and mentally. I think she can endure torture and still not reveal secrets. That kind of people. Get well soon Mel! Hate to see you like that.
Actually I think I've transformed throughout these years. Last time I would have depended on "Mummeeee!!!" when I puke or I meet trouble. But at least now I've learnt to stand on my own feet. Something about volleyball instilled a certain sense of agressiveness and independancy in me.
