Everyone has come to a sort of revelation nowadays. Hitting a low, going slow. And it has somehow made an impact on me. People change you know, they do. Just for the better or worse. If we didn't change we'd be 40 and stuck with a mental age of 2.

Turning point in people's lives and I've been witnessing it so often this year. Maybe it's the fact we're hitting a milestone in our lives. Or so much has happened last year it's so hard not to be affected by it. Or this year. Or we've found a part of ourselves that we've never seen before.

I'm silently grateful, happy. Even the times I'm going downhill there's always something to turn it around. And I'd always bear in mind there's always a way out.

And for some weird particular reason there's this huge bubble in my heart from either the songs or the conversations I had. Sadness? Hope?
