I know not why I'm sad

Is that pity I feel for myself? Yes it is, aww shit.

I think I am going to die. If I really do, tell everyone I know to read my entire blog, all of it's archives and my dumb musings. Please do, and tell them to remember me as I was. If I wasn't nice to them, remember me as someone nice. Please.

I can't breathe properly! I'm like heaving and it's more like a constant sigh then reflex breathing. What if it's my ancient asthma reawakened. Get me the inhaler pleeease. Hate myself for being like some weakling. This year really isn't a good year in terms of health for me.

Watched Blood Diamond and Pan's Labyrinth. Quite good shows. And after I finished watching Pan's Labyrinth I still don't know who the hell Pan is.

"Despite the film's translated title suggesting otherwise, the character of the Faun is not Pan. Guillermo del Toro said that he felt the character of Pan was too dark and sexual to play in a film opposite an eight-year-old girl. The film is only called "Pan's Labyrinth" in America and the English-speaking countries; everywhere else it's called "The Labyrinth of the Faun.""

Okay good. I don't have Alzheimer's. The film received 22 minutes of applause and the Cannes Festival. Cool. I cried quite a lot.

I feel it's a bit like The Devil's Backbone, but maybe because they both have like the Spanish Mexican origin. But it's a bit like Empire of the Sun, quite fantasy like and some things to decipher. Whatever. Reading all the message boards, really quite cool theories and intepretations of the film.

I am reminded of my ambitions!!

  1. Go with the Peace Corps or something help the kids in Africa. But before that help people in Singapore.
  2. Like take part in film making or something.
  3. Museum
  4. Journalism

Sighhhhhhhhh. Before all of these can take place, good GPA and wade through holiday homework. Damn.

P/S: Cannot stand violence and gore. It's worse than horror.

EDITED: Oh my God I Wiki-ed Pan's and then there's this line -- Del Toro has said the film has strong connections in theme to The Devil's Backbone and should be seen as an informal sequel dealing with some of the issues raised there.

I CAN BE A MOVIE MASTER.
