Mailbox in your sleep

You are found to be a person who loves to love. You prefer emotional decisions more than logical decisions. You consider life just to enjoy; you are the one who is perfect to call flurties (?!). This, I got from a chain email. I um, edited the English because some mistakes are too jarring. What is, for example, a flurty? Macflurry? Flirtie? Flooty?

Okay but Mel says it's super true. I think it's accurate too! Especially the last sentence. Oucchh, harsh but true. I have flighty dreams but never seem to have the determination to work for it. I remember a sentence from Colin Cheong's The Stolen Child, "I am like a speck of dust, floating amongst other speckies in the classroom." Ok, it has no relevance to speak of. The sentence just appeared in my mind. Maybe I feel I'm a speckie too, just floating through life, having flighty dreams and not achieving anyone of them.

Damn.

Nothing comes easy in life. No pain, no gain. You can't just sit around wait for a bag of money to drop down. God only helps those who help themselves. What's the other saying? Opportunies come to those who are prepared? In any case I have 2 choices, to be a speckie, or to be .. not a speckie? I used to want to be in the Singapore team for volleyball. But look at how lazy I am, how I'm steadily gaining weight eating every single hour, even I mock myself.

But well, I did a lot of algebra today. Going for training tomorrow, and resisting the urge to eat supper. It's bye bye to me the specky :D
