Oops I'd like to add on to my previous previous post (: About the day with Mel and Cherie. Yepp. We saw ZhaiRui at Parkway. After me and Cherie had lunch. Ok, he called Cherie and she told me he was there. Haha, then he misunderstood Cherie's instructions and went all the way to MP library when he actually wanted to go to the supermarket. Haha.
Then we walked to the post office to look for christmas cards. This lady stopped us. Old lady, holding on to her paper and pen.
"Excuse me, can you help me? Do you know how to spell Theresa?" Old lady.
"Oh, ok. But the name might have a different spelling."
"No, it only has one spelling. Theresa means Theresa."
"Fine. Is it, T-H-E..?"
"Are you sure?"
"Yea, unless it is different, like we said."
"I think I follow this one. *Points to her paper*."
IT READ THERSA. GOD.
"Yeah. We said it might have different spelling!"
"WHAT SCHOOL ARE YOU FROM? DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW SPELL ONE WORD!"
"Names have different spellings, unique to different people!"
Old lady shakes head. Ignores us.
We were angry. Very angry.
FYI, miss, it read THERSA. Not THERESA.
And why did you ask us when you weren't even going to believe us anyway.
