I love the rain. The pourings with lightning and thunder as its companion. I love the way the rain makes people go find shelter, to find somewhere warm and cold. Somehow, the rain makes us appreciate what we have.

We enjoy the warmth of our blankets and the warmth our hot drink will provide in the rain. We stare out into the blurry images through our windows when it rains. The pitter-patter of the rain rings in our ears with rhythm. It is raining as I write now.

To me, rain is something I need. When it rains, the smell of the dampened air makes me feel at ease. The cold breeze makes me feel alive. When it rains, I feel that all my troubles are brought away by the rain, seeping into the ground and to somewhere else. I feel completely comfortable when it rains, it is like my comfort, my life.

Take that time when we ran in the rain during training. I've never felt so good, so alive. The raindrops on your skins were like miracles, reminding you there is something called happiness. That was truly amazing.

The rain gives me inspiration, lets me have peace to stop and think. Rain is like tears from God, or from heaven. Only when there are hellos, there are goodbyes. Only when there is rain, do we understand the brilliance of the sun and all that it can bring.

So, let it rain. Let me feel the rhythm of the raindrops and breathe in the dampened air. Let me be liberated from all my troubles and burdens.

Let it rain.
